PLANNING AND ZONING

In attendance for the planning board, Johann Massmann, Kathy Lesicka, Amy Forsythe-Hance.

In attendance for the Supervisor board, John Jones, Heath Gillham, Jim Kloster, Russell Nelson, Steve Langanki. Clerk Sandy Forsman.

Approval of the July 8^th Minutes. Amy made a motion to accept the minutes as written and Kathy seconded all in favor motion carried.

Terry Smith and Martie Loxtercamp appeared before the board to request a variance to build a 1,600 sq foot shed across the road from their property on a piece of property that they are buying.

Amy made a motion to allow the variance to build this shed providing the road set backs are met and the side lines are in compliance to the size of the property requirements. Kathy seconded all in favor motion carried.

Supervisor board. Jim made a motion to accept the recommendation of the planning board and Heath seconded all in favor motion carried.

John addressed both boards attention to a letter forwarded by Tom Salkowski from the Lock Lake association with concerns on the proposed building of the Flying J Truck stop on County Road 8. Since this project will affect the residents of Lock Lake the letter address issues of pollution, noise , traffic, and possible effects on the residents of Lock Lake wells. The board will continue this discussion at the regular meeting on August 19^th.

Motion to adjourn by Amy and seconded by Kathy all in favor motion carried.
