Johann called the meeting to order, in attendance Johann Massmann, Bill Langenbacher,
Kathy Lesicka, Amy Forsythe, Mary Hill, Supervisor
Board, John Jones, Doug Schneider, Steve Langanki,
Russell Nelson, Heath Gillham.

The minutes of the February meeting were reviewed and Kathy
stated that she was not in attendance and that a correction be made stating so.
Clerk made a notation to correct. Motion to approve the minutes with the
correction by Bill and seconded by Amy all in favor motion carried.
First on the Agenda the representatives from the
Mr. Ford presented the request to renew the conditional use
permit an additional year for two events one in June and one in August of 2009.
These would be fund raisers to help finish construction on the temple building
and grounds. The board reviewed the original 12 conditions governing the
conditional use permit issued in 2005. After listening to residents that asked
to speak on their concerns and reviewing the progress that the temple as made
thus far the request was denied by motion of Kathy l because the conditions
governing the conditional use permit have not been filled noting the fence, the
parking issues and the drainage issue by the existing building. Plus the
residents concern on the music issue of hours and noise level..
This was seconded by Mary all in favor except Bill motion passed.
Supervisor board, Doug accepted the recommendation of the
planning board an Steve seconded all in favor motion
carried.
John Pippert asked to be heard on
a lot line adjustment. He wishes to buy a piece of property across from his
property as that this piece needs to be split from a one acre parcel to half
acre and to be attached to the north half of the pippert
lake shore lot. Since the board had not done a sight inspection this was moved
to the regular meeting to be assessed and evaluated.
Mary and Kathy gave there report on a seminar they attended
in little falls on home occupation businesses. Kathy stated its
hard to monitor such business and with the economy more are spring up to make
up for job loss. The issues of how it effects
neighbors and roads to these business was discussed. Discussion on enforcement
and each situation suggestions were presented.
