THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD, STEVE DUNCAN, RALPH UECKER, STEVE LANGANKI, AND
KEVIN HEDQUIST. FOR THE SUPERVISOR BOARD, JOHN JONES, ALFRED SHENTON, RUSSELL
NELSON, HEATH GILLHAM

APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF
RAY CAMPBELL ON HOME BASED BUSINESS- RAY EXPLAINED THE
NATURE OF HIS BUSINESS; ALTHOUGH IT IS HOME BASED NO
BUSINESS IS HANDLED AT THE HOME OTHER THEN BOOKS. HIS BUSINESS IS A LANDSCAPING
BUSINESS AND HE EMPLOY’S ONE TO THREE EMPLOYEES THAT MEET HIM ON THE SITE OF
THE WORK. ALL EQUIPMENT IS SHEDED AND NOT VISIBLE. HEATH EXPLAINED THAT A SITE
INSPECTION HAS TO BE DONE AND FURTHER INVESTIGATION NEEDS TO BE DONE TO SEE IF
A CONDITION USE PERMIT IS NEEDED. THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD AND THE SUPERVISOR
BOARD AGREED THAT THIS NEEDS TO BE TABLED TILL THE
LEROY MEHR AND JADE ZACHMAN- JADE ZACHMAN WOULD LIKE TO RENT
A SECTION OF THE BUILDING AT
STEVE L. MADE A MOTION TO ALLOW THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WITH A RENEWAL OF ONE YEAR THIS SECONDED BY KEVIN ALL IN FAVOR MOTION CARRIED.

SUPERVISOR BOARD- ALFRED MADE A MOTION TO ACCEPT THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDATION AND THIS WAS SECONDED BY RUSSELL ALL IN FAVOR MOTION CARRIED.
