Regular Planning and Zoning Meeting

February 10th, 2009

In attendance for the planning board Johann Massman, Bill Langenbacher, Kathy Lesicka, Amy Hance. For the Supervisor Board, John Jones, Heath Gillham, Jim Kloster, Russell Nelson. Clerk Sandy Forsman.

 

Johann asked for the review and approval of the January minutes, Amy made a motion to accept the minutes with the correction that Bill did not attend. This was seconded by Bill and all in favor motion carried.

 

Dennis Lindquist appeared before the board to request a possible third PID for a property he owns of 39.6 acres off Bishop Avenue that he has 2 approved PIDS from the county. He presented a land survey and documents of a perk test on the property.

The property is Agi. Residential and Mr. Lindquist has hopes of selling it with three PIDS.

Bill made a motion to allow the third PID to be added to this property for a subdivision, Amy seconded all in favor motion carried.

Supervisor board, Jim made a motion to accept the recommendation of the planning board for the subdivision for three lots and Heath seconded all in favor motion carried.

 

Letter from Wright county on a Kennel application renewal for Wes Mack, Johann stated until the matter is clarified that the planning board has no information on this and to table till the March meeting . Steve Langanki had stated to the clerk later that he had investigated the property and found that Mr. Mack has only three dogs and will sign the document from the county stating a kennel permit is no longer needed.

 

Motion by Bill to Adjourn and seconded by Amy all in favor motion carried.
