Regular Planning and Zoning Meeting

In attendance for the planning board Johann Massmann, Bill Langenbacher, Mary Hill Amy Forsyth, Dan Ness, Supervisor Board, John Jones, Doug Schneider, Heath Gillham, Russell Nelson, Steve Langanki, Clerk Sandy Forsman.

 

Johann called the meeting to order.

 

Review and approve of the May minutes, Dan made a motion to approve as written and Amy seconded all in favor motion carried.

 

Larry Carter was called to present his request to the board, Mr. Carter presented to the board a survey done by Taylor surveyors on the property in question.Mr. Carter is requesting a lot line adjustment to section off a 1.54 acre parcel and a 10.6 acre parcel that have homes on them now and in doing this would be able to have separate PIDS for these pieces leaving the balance of the property at 116 acres. He has talked to Tom Salkowski on this and Tom stated that as long as it stays in a classification of Agi he could do this.

Dan made a motion to have the farm stay in Agi classification with the addition of two separate PIDS within the property for one parcel of 1.54 and another of 10.6 acres Bill seconded all in favor motion carried.

 

 

Jerrys Towing CUP in question as to the impound lot that has yet to be placed on the property,  It has been more then 6 months since his conditional use permit had been issued. Johann stated he has talked to Mr. Foley. Johann suggested that a letter be sent to Mr. Foley stating he is not in compliance concerning his impound lot and invite him to attend the July meeting.. Clerk will write letter.

 

Buddhist Temple- Letter from Tom Salkowski to the board informing them that the Temple has not applied for a CUP to hold their fund raiser in June, Also a letter was sent to the Buddhist lawyer informing this. John talked to Tom Salkowski and stated since there has been no permit issued no festival can be held and the Buddhist living on the property are not in favor of these festivals they have retained there own lawyer.

 

Discussion on the burnt home on Emerson Ave  More information to be given.

 

Motion to adjourn by Bill and Seconded by Mary all in favor motion carried.
