Review of the September minutes Bill made a motion to accept
the September 8th minutes and Amy seconded all in favor motion
carries.

Rd. 8 appeared to request a variance to allow a lot line adjustment to
reconfigure a piece of land owned by Mr. Foreman .
This would allow a increase to the residential lot to
more then 10 acres to include more then 2.5 acres of tillable land. A map was
presented for the boards to review. Bill made a motion to allow the lot line
adjustment of 1.3 acres to make a ten acre parcel with 2.5 acres of tillable
land. Amy seconded all in favor motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
It has been brought to the attention of both boards that the
business known as Midwest Auto located in the town of
Motion to adjourn by Bill and seconded by Amy all in favor
motion carried.
