Regular Planning and Zoning Meeting

In attendance for the planning board, Johann Massmann, Bill Langenbacher, Amy Forsythe.

In attendance for the supervisor board John Jones Doug Schneider Heath Gillham, Russell Nelson, Steve Langanki. Clerk Sandy Forsman

 

Review of the September minutes Bill made a motion to accept the September 8th minutes and Amy seconded all in favor motion carries.

 

Terryl Schermer 9544 Cty . Rd. 8 appeared to request a variance to allow a lot line adjustment to reconfigure a piece of land owned by Mr. Foreman . This would allow a increase to the residential lot to more then 10 acres to include more then 2.5 acres of tillable land. A map was presented for the boards to review. Bill made a motion to allow the lot line adjustment of 1.3 acres to make a ten acre parcel with 2.5 acres of tillable land. Amy seconded all in favor motion carried.

 

 

OLD BUSINESS

 

It has been brought to the attention of both boards that the business known as Midwest Auto located in the town of Silver Creek and owned by Mr. Gyres has been violating his conditional use permit that allows ten cars in the rear of a fenced yard and four in front of his building to 20 to 24 cars in the rear and other vehicles in the front of the building as observed by members of the board. Amy offered to document the site by taking photos of the business at various times of any given day for documentation.  This matter to be continued at the November meeting.
