REGULAR PLANNING AND
ZONING MEETING
UNAPPROVED
In attendance for the planning board, Steve Duncan, Ralph Uecker, Steve Langanki, Bill Langenbacher, Johann Massmann,
Clerk Sandy Forsman. Supervisor Board, John Jones,
Heath Gillham, Jim Kloster,
Alfred Shenton, Russell Nelson.
Steve Duncan called the meeting to order.
Approval of the
William Saville was called, Mr. Saville has a total of
58 acres he would like to split into two 10 acre parcels and a 13.5 acre plus a
24.5 acre parcel. Mr. Saville presented a blue print
survey of the property for the boards to review. Land is in the land use plan
as Agi-Res.. Steve made a
motion to permit the split of the land into four parcels Ralph seconded all in
favor motion carried.
Supervisor board- Jim made a motion to accept the
recommendation of the planning and zoning board and Alfred seconded all in
favor motion carried.
Discussion with the new Planning and
Zoning board members on the past developments and possible up coming events
that would effect the planning and zoning in
John acknowledged the Email from Tom Salkowski
on the bond that the county received for the land development from
Motion to adjourn by Steve L. and seconded by Ralph all in favor
motion carried.
