In attendance John Jones, Doug Schneider, Heath Gillham, Russell Nelson, Clerk Sandy Forsman.
Concerning Mr. Robert Gruys CUP questions from supervisors Doug and Heath if the planning board can amend there previous recommendation to the county concerning Mr. Gruys request to amend his CUP from 12 cars to 30. Heath stated he contacted the Township association and it was stated to him if new information was presented to the board concerning the CUP that was not present when the recommendation was made a amendment could be made was there new information?..
Russell asked if the business has any noise issues it was stated no.
Mr. Gruys stated will he be able
to reapply to the board after the
Steve asked if you stay at 12 will you put up a fence, reply yes.
Steve made a motion to accept the recommendation to amend
the first recommendation of the planning board concerning the CUP of Midwest
Auto and that if Mr. Gruys abides by the original CUP
up to the expiration date of 12-12-2010 that the board review his request to
increase his car limit, Russell seconded all in favor except Heath and Doug.
Vote passed
John advised Mr. Gruys to with draw his petition at the county level.
