In attendance John Jones, Doug Schneider, Russell Nelson, Steve Langanki, Clerk Sandy Forsman Absent Heath Gillham.

 

Don Anderson Property, Lance Lindstrom represent ting property owner.

Steve made a motion to accept the recommendation of the Planning board to grant the request for subdivision on the condition that the .07 acre parcel have a purchase agreement and be exercised prior to a appearance before the county. Russell seconded all in favor motion carried.

 

 

Russell Martie Pit- Russell expressed his concern that the trees by the berm are not thriving and suggested maybe a heartier variety may be planted Mr. Johnson stated that he has spent a considerable amount of money. This was his second planting. Russell stated that he knew that trees by a berm are not Always easy to grow and suggested that maybe some thought be made to look into other verities.

Doug spoke of the letter sent by the county on the violation of hours and of supervisor Steve stopping at the pit to notify the operators of the violation of running past hours. Both Mr.. Martie and Mr. Johnson both agreed to observe the correct times  Motion made by Doug to accept the recommendation of the planning board and Steve seconded all in favor motion carried.

 

Discussion on the Buddhist Temple- Doug and Bill have both agreed to put together a letter to the county noting the concerns of the residents and recommendations for the Temple permit. John stated that the silt fence was in place but concerns on the foundation exposure of a proposed addition are in question. Motion by Doug to have a letter sent to the county seconded by Steve all in favor motion carried.

 

Motion to accept the minutes of the August Meeting with the last sentence of a motion by P&Z be removed by Doug and seconded by Steve all in favor motion carried.
